Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions or courier operations.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on selected promotional offers.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE for your convenience.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details via SMS, email or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or additional shipping charges may apply.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact information, additional delivery attempts may be arranged. Extra delivery charges may apply where necessary.

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
